FACILITY OPERATONS
Maintenance Technician I 0-3 years experience
Maintenance Technician II 3-5 years experience
Maintenance Technician III 5 years experince MINIMUM
Performs maintenance, service and repairs on plumbing, electrical, HVAC and mechanical equipment. Performs other duties assigned by the Facilities Director. Requires high school diploma or equivalent. Completion of apprenticeship or trade school a plus. Professional appearance is a must!
ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES
Groundskeeper/Porter - Responsible for maintaining cleanliness of grounds and performs other duties assigned by the Facilities Director for the commercial and residential facility. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Professional appearance is a must!
